Our comprehensive structural plans  elevated this dated residence into a luxurious 12,000 square foot, two-story masterpiece with a basement, now valued at $24 million. The home is replete with every conceivable amenity, including maid’s quarters, multiple fully equipped luxury kitchens, a wine cellar, several ocean-view balconies, outdoor kitchen and dining areas, a steam/sauna room, a yoga and workout room, and even a bowling alley. For pet lovers, there's a commercial-grade dog bath. Beyond providing the structural plans, we meticulously managed numerous architectural revisions to bring this project to completion, and we are incredibly proud of the stunning results.
