*All Plan Billed monthly on a recurring setup; Site visits and calls are scheduled in advance. Questions or On-site visits beyond your plan are billed hourly at $250/hour, and travel time may be added. Stamped reports, plan revisions, special inspections, and permit work are quoted separately. We are structural engineers, not contractors, and do not supervise or direct construction.

One Flat Monthly Fee

  • Straight answers on whether work in the field matches the approved plans
  • A clear fix it, watch it, or call the inspector recommendation on every issue
  • A set schedule that protects your time and ours

Billed Separately

$250/hr or Quoted

Not part of a monthly plan:

  • Stamped engineering letters, reports, or calculations
  • Plan revisions, redesigns, and new structural details
  • Special inspections and code-required inspections
  • Permit submittals, plan-check corrections, and city coordination
  • Emergency or after-hours site visits
  • Extra visits, calls, or questions beyond your plan ($250/hour)
  • Supervising or directing construction (we are engineers, not contractors)
